You can’t downgrade iOS 10.2 to iOS 9.3.3
Now Apple has stopped signing the iOS 9.3.3 too. The users who want to downgrade iOS 10.2 to iOS 9.3.3 or iOS 9.2.1, can’t downgrade because Apple did what it’s regular practice.
